Melted Cheese Sauce
2 C. Water
¼ C. raw cashews—soaked( around 2-3 hours)
2 oz. jar of pimentos
3 Tbsp. nutrional yeast
2 Tbsp. cornstarch or arrowroot powder
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 ½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. onion flakes or powder
¼ tsp. garlic powder
Blend the cashews up with ½ c water until smooth then add rest of ingredients and blend until smooth. Transfer to small pan and simmer until the cheese sauce starts to thicken ups and is smooth stir constantly and don't leave it. It will get burned fast if your not watching it.
