Homemade Almond Milk
1 1/4 cups Raw Almonds (soaked and rinsed)
2-4 medjool dates (depending on the sweetness you want)
1 tsp. sea salt
4 cups water
**Add some vanilla bean or extract for a Vanilla version **
Put in blender and blend-blend-blend until well mixed.
You will still see almond bits in there.
Pour your milk through the cheesecloth or nut milk bag and
squeeze out milk. What is left is the almond pulp. You can use this
for baking, smoothies, oatmeal, etc. www.almondpulp.com is a site for
all the uses for almond pulp. Your milk is ready to drink !! Pour into
glass container and it should keep for about a week in the fridge.
