Sunflower Seed Cookies
½ Cup Maple Syrup
½ Cup Tahini
½ -1 tsp. cinnamon
1 ½ Cups rolled oats
¼ Cup Raw Sunflower Seeds
½ Cup Raisins (golden raisins are nice)
Cream together maple syrup and tahini. Mix in cinnamon. Stir in rolled oats, sunflower seeds and raisins. Mix well. Drop by spoonfuls on non-stick baking sheet. Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon.
Bake at 350 for about 12-13 minutes or until golden. Let cookies cool on baking sheet for 5 full minutes before loosening and removing them to a cooling rack.
Makes about 2 dozen small cookies
